Birmingham, AL  and Minneapolis, MN (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - Shipt, a leading same-day delivery marketplace, and Target Corporation (NYSE: TGT) today announced it will begin same-day delivery of more than 55,000 groceries, essentials, home, electronics, toys and other products in eight inland Southern California markets. Shipt’s growth in the Inland Empire gives nearly 1.3 million households across the eight metro areas access to products delivered by Shipt in as little as one hour. In the coming months, Shipt will also launch in the Los Angeles and San Diego metro areas. Shipt’s continued launch throughout California will ultimately offer same-day delivery to more than 11 million households across the state.
