XXL Elevates Customer Experience With Voyado's Integrated Solutions
Since 2017, leading sports retailer XXL has leveraged Voyado Engage to build a loyalty club now holding more than 4,3 million members.
Building on this success, XXL recently adopted Voyado Elevate, aiming to enhance relevance for customers through the tight integration of their marketing automation and merchandising platform. The longstanding positive collaboration with Voyado also influenced this decision.
"The power of having the CRM and merchandising platform tightly integrated is something we believe will increase relevance for our customers. Our long-term good cooperation with Voyado contributed to choosing Elevate in addition to Engage. Consequently, we could also simplify the system landscape as Elevate replaced 3 separate systems," says Jimmie Pettersson.
The implementation of Elevate involved a gradual rollout across XXL's websites, accompanied by A/B testing against their previous solution to ensure high-quality implementation and a consistently good customer experience. The positive effects observed across all measured parameters led to a swift, full transition to Elevate.
"We saw a positive effect on all the parameters we measured, which made us quickly switch entirely to Elevate," Pettersson notes.
Seamless Loyalty Enrollment and Personalized Payments at Checkout
To further enhance the customer experience, payment provider Walley has integrated its Loyalty Booster with Voyado Engage, enabling customers to join XXL’s loyalty program with just one click directly at checkout – eliminating friction and driving significant membership growth. Members instantly see their earned points and rewards, while XXL Pay, powered by Walley, offers exclusive payment benefits like extended terms and customized offers, creating a more seamless and engaging shopping experience.
